Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in screen. Password reset needs an internet connection and is sent to your work email address.

Download your assigned inspection while online before going into an area without signal. Keep the app installed and do not sign out while work is waiting to sync. Open Account, then Device and sync, to retry or review anything that needs attention.
Optional checkpoint tags
You can open inspections directly without NFC tags. If your team uses tags, confirm NFC is on, hold the top of the phone near the tag, and keep Airplane Mode off on iPhone. If a tag opens the wrong area or cannot be read, include the building and area name in your message.
Share diagnostics safely
If you can open the mobile app, go to Account and choose Review diagnostic bundle. Check the redacted text before sharing it. The bundle excludes sign-in data, inspection answers, notes, and photos.
